Education (TAL) and those pursuing an Educational Studies
Minor.
EDUC-M 101 : Requires travel to off-campus field placements
up to 60 miles away from the IUB campus on Mondays. Students
will complete 20 hours of field experience on Mondays 8:00 am
- 12:00 pm. Field Experience will be arranged during the
EDUC-P 251 class session at the beginning of the semester.
The field experience class will not meet until later in the
semester once the placement has been determined.
EDUC-M 101 : This is a hybrid course that includes both
online and face-to-face components. The online portion of the
class is where students will complete assignments and discuss
their field experience. The face-to-face component is the
students actual field experience.
A Criminal History Report is required by placement

meet online, but will be paired with an in-person field
