                 Above Class has an 2 overnight components on Nov 5-7th and
                 Dec 3-5th. This class focuses on the interpersonal,
                 judgement, and technical skills surrounding outdoor
                 leadership and applies those concepts in the field. Explore
                 leadership styles and theoretical models, examine injustices
                 in the outdoor industry, and learn what it really means to
                 consciously travel with a group in the outdoors.  Class
                 Sessions will be held 4-6pm on Tues/ Thurs 2nd 8 weeks only.
                 Above Class Requires special fee.  Students must be prepared
                 to leave by 3pm on  Friday Nov 5th and Dec 3rd
                 Class Sessions will be a Hybrid model with online and
                 in-person. When class is in-person it will be held at IU
                 Outdoor Adventures in Eigenmann Hall Tue/Thurs from 4-6pm
                 during 2nd 8 weeks only
