In addition to exploring the current status of these key frameworks, an important goal of this course will be to (re)imagine how they might be strengthened in pursuit of robust educational justice. Students will be asked to critically reflect upon, anticipate, and respond to methodological challenges related to learners life-developmental trajectories and contextual variation (i.e., demographic and geographic diversity; institutional and political affordances and constraints; power dynamics, relations, and formations).
