This class will begin the week prior to the official start of
classes for the Fall semester. In addition to attending this
class once a week, participants will also be expected to
observe 6 weeks of the associated undergraduate elementary
methods courses (E 343 and E 328) and 2 weeks of the M 201
field experience. These observations will begin the 2nd week
of classes and will end around IU's fall break. There are
five sections of each class available to choose from each
week. Some of these observation hours will count towards
class contact time so the final meeting day for this class
will be adjusted. Further information regarding the modified
class schedule will be shared in the syllabus the first day
of class.
For science education doctoral students this course can count
towards one of the two methods courses required for your
program of studies.
