                 Above class is strongly recommended for any mathematics or
                 science education doctoral student with a teaching
                 assistantship associated with the undergraduate elementary
                 courses E 328, E 343, and/or M 201.  Also, any doctoral
                 student interested in preparing teachers to teach mathematics
                 and/or science are welcome
                 This class will begin one week prior to the official start of
                 classes for Fall 2014.  Therefore, the first class will be
                 held Tuesday, August 19, 2014
                 In addition to attending this class once a week, participants
                 will also be expected to observe eight weeks of the
                 associated undergraduate elementary methods courses (6 weeks
                 of E 343 and E 328; 2 weeks of the M 201 field experience).
                 There are four-five sections of each class available to
                 choose from each week.  These hours will count towards Q612
                 class contact time so the final meeting day for this class
                 will be Oct 28th, 2014 with the final project due before
                 Thanksgiving Break
                 For science education doctoral students this course can count
                 towards one of the two methods courses required for your
                 program of studies
