EDUC-E 506 CURRICULUM IN EARLY CHILDHOOD (3 CR)

Above class will be taught on IUPUI schedule from August 22nd
through December 19th, 2011.
Above class will include three live, online meetings (via
Adobe Connect) but most of the content and activities will be
facilitated asynchronously via web-based tools including
Oncourse and social networking software. The live meetings,
which will take place at the beginning, midterm and end of
the semester, are mandatory. In order to have optimum
results with Adobe Connect (formerly known as Breeze Meeting)
and with the special online activities for this course, each
student will need: (a) Regular access to a computer with
high speed internet connection or cable to use Adobe Connect
including a built-in or attached webcam; (b) Speakers to hear
guest speakers or presentations; (c) Microphone headset
(Logitech will offer the best sound - go to HTTP://WWW.LOGITECH.COM/); (d) Either Internet Explorer
7 or higher or Mozilla Firefox 2 or higher as well as Adobe
Flash Professional Player 9 (go to HTTP://WWW.ADOBE.COM/PRODUCTS/FLASH/ABOUT/ to download
Adobe Flash Player); and( e) Information for participants
